# Configuration

This module does not use system configuration

# Use

Access > reports

add a new statistic of type dynamic list

in object type choose one of the 2 options TicketListAccoutedStateTime/TicketListReopened and click save

you will be directed to another screen on it add the desired filters and click save and finish

after you are saved you will be directed to the overview screen search for the report you created and click run

After that choose the form you want and a run now

your file will be downloaded
